All experimental features and some hidden features are available under the Chrome flag. All you have to do is search for this feature and enable it. Here is the process:

Step 1: Open Chrome app on your iPhone.

Step 2: In the Address bar search chrome://flags/#bottom-omnibox-steady-state

Step 3: It will open the Chrome flag page. Here Bottom Omnibox is the feature that switches Address bar to bottom.

Step 4: Make sure to set this flag as enabled and the address bar will move to bottom.

Step 5: Relaunch Chrome app and that’s it.
